Results are not yet available; findings will depend on the volume and quality of qualifying qualitative studies published between 2015 and 2025. Restriction to studies from 2015 onward may exclude earlier relevant evidence.
Emergency departments planning to implement AI triage tools should anticipate the need to address nurses' concerns about autonomy and clinical judgment, and invest in targeted education and change-management support. This review, when complete, will offer a qualitative evidence base to guide nurse-centered AI implementation strategies.
