<jats:title>ABSTRACT</jats:title><jats:p>High‐dose radiotherapy is the standard treatment for cutaneous angiosarcoma (CAS); however, adverse events and organ toxicity remain major challenges. Intensity‐modulated radiation therapy using tomotherapy allows the precise targeting of complex lesions. We retrospectively reviewed 12 patients with CAS who were treated with tomotherapy and paclitaxel between January 2017 and April 2024. Clinical outcomes, including progression‐free survival, overall survival, and adverse events, were analyzed and compared with those of the historical controls. The median progression‐free survival was 10.5 months (95% confidence interval: 7.7–not reached). The 2‐year overall survival and progression‐free survival rates were 70.0% and 41.7%, respectively. Grade ≥ 3 adverse events occurred in a limited number of patients, including radiation‐induced dermatitis (<jats:italic>n</jats:italic> = 1), neutropenia (<jats:italic>n</jats:italic> = 2), peripheral neuropathy (<jats:italic>n</jats:italic> = 1), and corneal toxicity (<jats:italic>n</jats:italic> = 1). Nevertheless, the treatment regimen was generally well tolerated and achieved favorable survival outcomes, representing a safe and effective treatment option.</jats:p>

<jats:title>ABSTRACT</jats:title><jats:p>A 64‐year‐old woman with progressive thickening of the skin on her left upper limb was referred to our clinic. She had previously undergone partial mastectomy and axillary lymph node dissection for left‐sided breast cancer, followed by postoperative radiation therapy and chemotherapy with docetaxel. She exhibited edema and sclerosis of the left arm and contracture limited to the fingers of the left hand, while her right arm and lower extremities remained unaffected. There were no signs of Raynaud's phenomenon or periungual capillary abnormalities suggestive of systemic sclerosis. Skin biopsy from the left forearm showed dermal thickening with swollen collagen fibers throughout the dermis. A diagnosis of unilateral docetaxel‐induced scleroderma was established. Taxane‐induced scleroderma typically manifests symmetrically in the lower limbs with prominent edema. This report describes a rare case of unilateral upper limb involvement and discusses its characteristics with a review of previously reported cases.</jats:p>
